Deborah "Deb" Matthews served as the visionary and founding President of Kingdom Connectors Incorporated ("KCI"). On September 22, 2023, she transitioned into eternity. Deb dedicated over 35 years of her life to the Human Service field, driven by a deep commitment to ensure that those facing crises and life-altering challenges received support with kindness, compassion, and dignity.

Deb's extensive experience spanned both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, working with various community organizations. Her educational and personal growth journey included studying Nursing/Human Services at Delaware State College and pursuing ongoing education at Springfield College, Wilmington DE Campus. Deborah was well-versed in Community Capacity Building, Business Development Management, Crisis Intervention, and the principles and practices of Social Work and Human Services.

Her ultimate aspiration was to be a community liaison and connector, fostering collaborations with community resources to assist pastors, their congregations, and guests as they navigated through life's most challenging situations. The establishment of Kingdom Connectors was one of the avenues through which she worked tirelessly to fulfill her vision of "Changing Lives Through Resource Connections."
